Over 900 000 passengers serviced by Odessa International Airport for the year 2012

In 2012, Odessa International Airport serviced 14 412 flights, 4 199 of them internal ones, and 10 213 international.

Odessa International Airport serviced 907 600 passengers for year 2012, what makes an 10.1% increase comparing to the analogous period of the last year.

 

During the last year, a record of flights from Odessa to CIS countries has been registered, as well: 217 400 passengers have been transported, what stands for a 49.5% increase comparing to the analogous period of the last year. Most of the flights were the ones of Moscow direction. This Summer, the number of transporters on this route has increased from two to five, and together, they have serviced 158 100 passengers.
The quantity of passengers at the internal flights have increased by 12.2%, and amounted to 183 300 paggengers.

 
In 2012, Odessa International Airport serviced 14 412 flights, 4 199 of them internal ones, and 10 213 international. 1 289 tons of loads and post have been processed in 2012.

 

Traditionally, Kiev, Moscow and Instanbul are the most popular flights directions among the passengers of Odessa airport.

 


Besides, in 2012, Odessa Airport has significantly renewed its equipment base, as well.
