A steamship having been worked out by Odessa Marine Engineer Bureau presented in Odessa’s partner city Volgograd

A dry cargo ship constructed according to Odessa marine engineer bureau project presented in Volgograd. The hull’s having been built by Volgograd shipbuilding plant design service term is 24 years.

On March, 1, Volgograd shipbuilding plant presented the steamship – dry cargo vessel having been worked out by Odessa marine engineer bureau. This is a dry cargo vessel of 7 thousand tons deadweight. It’s destined for general, loading, forest and large-size loads, international standards loads of 2.59 and 2.74 loads transporting, as well as for dangerous loads transporting in Caspian, Mediterranean, Black, Baltic, White and Northern seas, round-Europe trips and voyages through the Ireland sea in winter. The vessel has 4 load holds of over 11 thousand sq m capacity. Its navigation distance is 2 thousand miles, with full load speed of 10.5 knots, and its maximum speed is 11.8 knots.
The dry cargo ship’s crew is 13 – 16 persons. Its marine navigation autonomy is 20 days, river navigation autonomy is 10 days. The hull’s design service term is 24 years.
