7 Odessa’s investment projects offered for participation in CEPIF-2007 Fair in Warsaw

List of Odessa’s projects offered for participation in CEPIF-2007 Fair in Warsaw agreed.

In order to prepare for taking part in the International CEE Property & Investment Fair 2007 (June, 4 – 5), Odessa City Mayor issued a Decree to agree the list of Odessa’s projects offered for participation.
The following projects are offered:
1.       Working out and realization of Odessa city’s central historical area reconstruction complex program.
2.       Working out of territory detailed plan and further realization of “Moldovanka – 2” housing estate’s “B” microdistrict limited by Rizovskaya, Gradonachalnitskaya, Staroportofrankovskaya and Razumovskaya streets.
3.       Underground parking places building in Odessa city center program.
4.       “North - South” speedway projection and building.
5.       Bridge across Odessa gulf projecting and building.
6.       Subway projecting and building.
7.       “Odessa” international airport reconstruction.

Odessa city council Economics, Investment Policy and External Economic Affairs Dept jointly with Architecture and Town-Planning Dept and Capital Building Dept is to prepare the exposition data considering the projects mentioned.

Odessa city projects will be presented at the International CEE Property & Investment Fair 2007 in Warsaw (Poland). Odessa mayor Eduard Gurvits did also issue a resolution to create a working group headed by the deputy mayor Mikhail Kuchuk to prepare and present these projects at the CEPIF.

The 4th edition of CEPIF, Central & Eastern Europe’s leading real estate fair, takes place on 4th – 5th June in a new venue, Warsaw’s most modern convention center EXPO XXI.
EXPO XXI Warsaw International Expocentre, is the most prestigious and innovative multifunctional centre in Poland, suitable for exhibitions, conferences, seminars, meetings and banquets.

Almost 10,000 sqm of flexible exhibition space is constituted by 3 main halls which may hold up to 5 events simultaneously, with a further 3 conference rooms for up to 800 delegates.

As Poland's first "smart venue", EXPO XXI Warsaw provides the latest in IT and communications and offers an innovative central reservation and booking service for exhibition and event organizers, via telephone and the internet.
 
 CEPIF Residential Investment Days is a new project reaching out to the dynamically developing residential investments market in Europe.

Exhibitors

There will be about 140 stands prepared on 3 500 m2 of exhibition space at the Warsaw Expo Centre. Exhibitors will include developers and investors who realize their projects in Poland, neighbouring countries and European attractive tourist resorts.

The event will gather in one place and at one time:

  • key residential developers
  • leading banks and financial institutions
  • real estate agencies
  • single-family house builders
  • interior design and furnishings companies
  • international firms interested in investing in the region

The 1st part – open to public

Over the first two days, on 2 and 3 June 2007r. CEPIF Residential Investment Days are open to general public.

Participants will be:

  • Warsaw inhabitants
  • investors from around Poland - more than 30% are visitors of the local edition of 'Residential Fairs tabelaofert.pl', which take place twice a year in Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Poznan Szczecin, the Tri-City, Warsaw and Wroclaw and together number about 100 000 visitors. These are people who have expressed interest in buying properties for investment purposes
  • members of Investor Club led by redNet Property Group (about 2 000 members)
  • representatives of overseas investment funds who, through the agency of redNet Property Group, made an investment purchase of 1 200 apartments in one year
  • overseas individual investors (the event will be promoted in leading real estate publications from all around Europe)

The 2nd part – open to accredited participants of CEPIF

On the third day of the CEPIF Residential Investment Days fair (Monday, 4th June 2007) entry will only be open to participants of CEPIF, the Central European Property & Investment Fair (4th-5th June 2007)

  • CEPIF is the largest real estate event in Central and Eastern Europe (in 2006 CEPIF attracted 3056 participants representing 793 companies and 127 exhibitors from 29 countries)
  • CEPIF is a platform for exchanging knowledge and experience among professionals
  • investors from around region attend CEPIF to get a real flavour of perspectives in the region and plan future investments

CEPIF Residential Investment Days is a unique opportunity to find in one place and at one time all Polish and European residential offers.
